Opis
The heated flow meter records the amount of hot-melt adhesive that is applied from the hot-melt adhesive applicator.
For this purpose, the heated measurement cell of the flow meter is placed in the adhesive flow between the output of the applicator and the hot melt hose.
A further option is to integrate the measurement cell between the application head and the hot melt hose.
The heated measurement cell builds increments which send these signals to the external evaluation unit and are shown there in a display.
Please note in the case of heated flow meters:
- A heating circuit must be provided on the application device for the measurement cell.
- In order to ensure that a suitable flow meter is employed, the viscosity and the required flow rate must be communicated beforehand.
The quantity of adhesive conveyed is shown on a display. This can either be integrated in the control cabinet door or as an external display in a separate box.
